6:40   Intro of Andee Short, Legislative Assistant to Tina Kotek, Clean Air info

6:45   Leslie Lum,  Planner for City of Portland.  Leslie will discuss the Comprehensive Plat for Portland, and development issues in north Portland including Arbor Lodge

7:30   Minutes from last 2 meetings

7:35   Budget Discussion - Gavin

7:50   Questions about the website and calendar - Allen

7:55   Clean Up - we still need about 6-8 volunteers for the afternoon shift and 2-3 walkers to distribute flyers.
